My workout schedule this week included a Zumba Sentao class, Boot Camp Cardio, a Belly Dance class, Yoga and a Zumba Toning class. I took today off and meet a friend for lunch. We had a great salad with chicken in a prickly pear marinade. Now, we have a 3 day weekend upon us. The challenge for this weekend: complete 50 Burpees by the end of the weekend.
